"Location was good as it was 5-10 min walk away from the nearby stations like the Yeoksam, Seonleung, and the seonjeongneung stations. Staff was courteous, patient, and efficient. Special shout-out to Han Paul at the front desk for being very professional during my stay here. There is a 7-11 and a pastry store right underneath the hotel for late-night snacks and purchases. Would stay here again!"

"My first stay at this fantastic hotel. Stayed for a total of 8 nights. The modern-ness and cleanliness of the facilities, the utmost professionalism and friendliness of the staff was remarkable. In-room dining service was great as well - my only comment on this is that perhaps due to the spectacular dining options / restaurants in the vicinity - breadth of in-room dining menu was slightly less than what I had expected. But overall - a great memorable stay at this hotel; would definitely stay again when given a chance!"

"The room at the Orakai was spacious, airy, and meticulously clean. The staff very graciously helped us out with various needs (spoon, glass, and ice fetching for our guests), dining recommendations, a cab-driver assist with directions for the driver, etc.). The level and quality of generous customer service and support received at the Orakai exceeds that of even high-end hotels in the US. An excellent and relaxing environment.
