On arrival at the hotel we were told that no twin rooms were available. The kind hotellier sorted the situation without any fuss providing us with an additional room at no extra charge. I’d highly recommend the hotel but the Expedia messaging service is useless. I contacted Expedia but they told me it was my fault. I will use Expedia as a search engine only in the future and will book directly with the hotel."

Parking is right across the property …. That’s a plus coz hard to park in REIMS - the champagne city . Just remember Épernay is also a champagne place . Who does not like champagne .
