The staff are friendly and mostly speak English. The location is right next to a big parking which offers free overnight parking. The hotel is across the street from the free shuttle bus to the ski slopes. There is a ski equipment rental shop across the street and a laundromat where you can dry your ski clothes for 1€. The hotel is very close to the main street where there are many restaurants. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit dated and there is no elevator. "

Extra sauna en beddenopmaak betekend niet extra service maar extra kosten. Wij hebben 10% extra contant voor gebruik spa (sauna en jacuzzi) moeten betalen.
