"Room clean & quiet, a good nights sleep- difficult in this part of town. Room tired but all good and clean. Nice helpful staff on reception when I arrived late. And they have parking. Will stay again when work needs excellent for low cost. If wife with me I would go somewhere less tired. Very good though."

"I was staying on the first floor - immediately next door was a railway line. Constant train noise through windows with minimal noise insulation lead to an almost sleepless night. I recomend rooms on the opposite side of the building."

"Nice clean comfortable room albeit rather snug, it was a single room. The bed was large enough to be a small double and the TV was huge, arguably too huge! Shower hot and cleaning products and towels were good and plentiful. The kettle was missing on arrival and although I requested one, it didn’t arrive until I reminded the receptionist the following day. I also requested mint tea, that never arrived but that’s not a reason why I wouldn’t return, in fact I’ve stayed at The Baileys 3 tomes over the last year and will stay again."

"Staff is so friendly, perfect location. Rooms are a little small and I thought we were getting a room with a bath from the pictures so make sure to ask before you get your room. Very good staff, very kind."
