"**DO NOT BOOK**The room was not as described in the advertisement. The room was to have a balcony, and it didn't. The air con wasn't working. The property owner ghosted me when I tried to resolve the issues. The apartment was over run with washing and took up the ability to use the common spaces. It smelt of mould and sulphur. Terrible access to front door as code doesn't work. Steep stairs to walk up in the dark. There are cheaper alternatives to stay and better quality. Would never recommend...

It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.

this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit

Two plazas virtually across the street (Praça do Rossio and Praça da Figueira) One was the meeting point for one of our day tours, and about a 20 minute walk back from the drop off point down a beautiful shady street, Av da Liberdade. We took Uber to anywhere not within walking distance, and you also have the Rossio metro stop right there. Pretty much everyone spoke...
