"Rental was as described. We had a rental car and there was ample parking available on the property, behind a remote gate. Be prepared to walk up a straight flight of stairs to the third floor, a converted attic. The rental was clean and bright. Totally met our needs. "

"This is the perfect place for a cozy stay in Evian and steps the lake, restaurants and shopping. The host warmly greeted me even though my arrival was delayed. The apparent is generous in size and comforts with two well sized bedrooms with lots of places to settle my things, plus a very nice kitchen with its large wood work space overlooking the living area and lake. There’s and additional dining area and very large terrace. It was perfect for my visit! I look forward to coming again!"

"We had an excellent stay Chez Rosalie. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of fun options for activities. We enjoyed visiting the chocolate factory and taking a lesson on chocolate making, followed by a hike in the mountains where we picked up some fresh local cheese from the farm! My kids also loved the kittens and cats Chez Rosalie - it was a nice bonus for them!"

"Die Ferienwohnung passte zur Beschreibung, die Lage ist sehr gut nur 150 m von See, trotz der Nähe zur Hauptstraße. Nachts hatten wir aber keine Lärm von der Straße. Man kann einen kleinen Weg am Rand des sees nutzen, um zu Fuß nach Lausanne zu laufen. ca. 40 Min. bis zum Olympische Museum plus weitere 40 Minuten zum Dom."
