The breakfast options were nice and the room was clean. The only thing was the light switches in the room were hard to figure out at first but we asked the cleaners for help and they politely helped us. "Lights are automatic and do not turn on when you come in the room. You have to call the front desk then wait. Soap is tiny. Farther than I thought from city center. It cost $50 to take a cab there today. Bed is comfortable.safe in room did not work, did not complain about anything except lights due to short time - 2 nights. Lights were not fixed"

"This is the third time I’m staying there . This time I didn’t enjoy it. The first room we were give had no air con, very hot and fridge does work. On the second day we requested if we can move which we did and this time/second room the shower was full of lime scale and when you turn it it on the water goes all over the toilet plus we didn’t had phone to call room service. At this stage we didn’t want to tell them as we didn’t want to move from room to room. We stayed extra night in Milan but we...
