"We used Yutori as a base for cycling the Shimanami Kaido, and for visiting Hiroshima.
Onomichi is a sleepy town with limited restaurants and nightlife but we managed to find a few nice places to eat, and also visited nearby Fukuyama.
The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
Perfect location for bike hire from the port area.
Self check in was easy due to the effective communication from the Yutori team. "

"From the outside it seems questionable but once you walk inside it’s gorgeous. I enjoyed the king sized bed and the chairs as I moved them around to work. I love the wet room with separate toilet. Very nice and comfortable stay. I enjoyed breakfast as well. "

The hotel offers welcome drinks. Not just standard drinks but hot chocolate, too! Thank you!
The breakfast room also has view of the castle! So nice!! Buffet breakfast has standard items plus dishes using local ingredients (or famous local dishes?) For example, miso soup with pork and pumpkin, rice...
