"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few challenges. The hotel was a bit difficult to find, especially since we arrived late at night, which made check-in more stressful than expected. While the staff was polite, the overall condition of the hotel did not quite match the photos online—the property felt older and somewhat outdated. That said, the room was still functional and provided what we needed for the night. With some updates and clearer directions for arrival, this place could offer a much better experience."

"Kishibe is a little bit away from Osaka and Shin Osaka station. It’s a nice hotel and worth staying. It’s right next to a hospital and has a supermarket and cafes in the same building along with a 7-11."

"The location is beautiful and serene, the staff takes great care of you. They serve a wonderful Japanese breakfast, and are nestled right along the river in the park. It’s a short hike to the waterfall, and also down to minoh station, to connect you to the rest of Osaka. Finally, when your day is done they have an amazing private spa, which comes as part of the experience. It includes a hot spa bath, shower, and sauna, that really complement the location and help you relax. "

"Once again the staff of this hotel were excellent.they helped me greatly and we're very friendly. I cannot fault the hotel it's lovely and very busy. My wife and I enjoyed having tea and cake in the sakura lounge very much. My room was as good as ever. I am very disappointed it is closing. I think this is a big mistake for the area and for the regular customers and staff"

"The rooms were clean. The staff were helpful. The yukatas for the onsen are on the first floor, there is room service and drink service until 12:00am. The options can be quite limited and pricey but I suggest is order delivery service and get something you’d want. The nearest restaurant is about 10-15 min walk up hill. Karaoke room is quite expensive for 1 hour. The view that we received of the foliage was amazing. The onsen itself was 7/10, it’s not like the onsen you get in Hokkaido but it’s still nice. Overall would stay here again, if other ryokans are full."
