"Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay, hotel staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Comfy bed, although only a double, but still sleept well. Breakfast self service had a good selection of cereals etc and the full English was a good choice, without a doubt, served with tasty meaty sausages, good value too."

"Absolutely fantastic. Cathy and Jay especially were very kind, helpful, and hospitable. They have gone above and beyond in every circumstance. Please give them both a RAISE! This was as our first stay away with our puppy and they made us feel at ease as we were quite anxious with taking her away for a short while, I couldn't thank them enough. We hope to return in the future! Thanks again! 🙂"

"Peaceful and beautiful, warm home. Very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. We wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed staying here very much. "

"This B&B is in a nice setting. Although it’s on the main road, it’s quite set back and the pub being just opposite this makes for a lovely combination. There is also a convenience store along the road if you wanted to get a morning newspaper etc. The room was very spacious which was nice. Just had to be careful of the beams. The only thing I didn’t enjoy personally was that the owner was quite headmistress like in terms of rules and what she wanted, which basically made us feel like kids being told off, which is not something I want when paying £118 for an overnight stay, but my partner says that perhaps B&Bs are not for me. Back to standard hotels I think…."

"We had a lovely but brief 2 night stay. Everything was pristine and they had thoughtful information available on the local area . I hadn’t anticipated the stairs, and was hoping for ground level. A great set up for long stays , but I would want access to a washing machine for that. Margaret and Noel were charming hosts "

"Great place for family reunion. The Priory Barn is a great house with everything you need to spend an amazing time in Kent. Ideally located with short drive from Gatwick Airport. Melanie has been really helpful for the check-in and gave us some great tips for things to do in the area. We will be back!"
