"This property was perfect for my family and my sisters family vacation. Plenty of space to spread out. Nicely decorated. Very homey ad comfortable. The kids stayed entertained with big yard and plenty of trees. When it rained they had fun playing games that were provided, frozen ball, and air hockey. Our favorite thing was the spacious front porch with the rocking chairs and daybed. We spent the majority of our time out on that beautiful front porch. It was really nice they provided a nice gas grill, a kreuig and coffee pods. Looking forward to coming back."

*As the winter months can be unpredictable for the weather, there is a possibility of serious storms or power outages. We do not offer weather related refunds outside of our cancellation policy so you may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance for your travels in case you do need to cancel last minute*
*Guests to provide their own firewood for firepits and wood burning stove*
*Studio Barn is an open plan living & sleeping area. Therefore privacy is minimal. Sleeping arrangements:

*We are in the woods, you will likely see and hear critters*
*There is typically little to no cell service with the major carriers*
*Heating & Air Conditioning - Due to the charm of the property and its exposed log ceilings and walls, it DOES NOT have central heat or air. It has a remote controlled twin mini-split system which supplies both Air Conditioning and Heat. Heat can also be supplied via the wood burning stove if desired and the downstairs baseboard heaters, plus we supply portable heaters*
*A surveillance camera is placed outside for your safety and security*
Dangerous Wildlife
Black bears are active during summer, especially in mountains . Use only our bear-proof trash bins—never leave trash, food, or drinks on decks, porches, or in vehicles. Don’t feed or approach bears (even cubs)—it’s illegal. Keep car doors locked, windows closed, and remove all food and trash.
