3 BR, Pet Friendly Luxury Cabin with Breathtaking Views and Home Theater Room

Guests come to the mountains to gather and reconnect with friends and to enjoy the amazing views of the Smoky Mountains. Quite possibly the perfect 3 bedroom, Breathtaking Views sleeps 10 guests while offering incredible views of the mountains as well as several places to gather, whether its the game room, the great room or your own private home theater room with 10 foot screen!

2 night stay or 2 week stay your cabin is equipped with a full kitchen and all the cookware and appliance you'll need to prepare in cabin meals, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and microwave. You'll also have a washer and dryer for extended stays.

Spread out in 1 of the 3 suites, 2 with king beds and the other with a queen bed. 3 Full baths adjoins each suite. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping for 2 guests (best suited for kids).

You won't get bored! Head to the game room for a game of Foosball or pool and then venture into the theater room for an amazing big screen surround sound experience with theater seating.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. It would have been nice to know there was only parking for one vehicle. We had to park one of our trucks half in the very steep road. It meant jumping down 2 ft while holding the door up to get out.

We had fun in Gatlinburg. Cowboy Way cabin was spacious and just as advertised. Close enough to the parkway but far enough to be quiet. The staff from Elk Springs were very responsive and helpful.

It was absolutely beautiful and in a location with incredible views of the mountains. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of fun times had in the theater room and billiards room. We enjoyed the hot tub each day as well. Very relaxing and secluded even though only a short trip to dollywood or Gatlinburg.

In the central bathroom the jets in the tub had not been cleaned out and when initiated black soot came out of them. Down stairs in the hottub area had only one light on back porch. It needs more lighting. Actually it was scary. Also on main floor, rails should be placed in shower and commode for elderly to access. That is the only things that were not to our liking.

Great movie theatre and games. However, kitchen was sparsely stocked (no wine key, colander, not enough plates, cups, etc.), and we lost power one night in a storm and could find no emergency provisions (camp lights, flashlights, etc.). Well runs empty as they refill surrounding hot tubs, so prepare to go without water occasionally.

Spacious rooms and lots of fun activities to do. We used all the amenities, from the movie room, the fireplace, the hot tub-you name it. One thing I will mention is that this place and the whole area is a giant hill. There weren’t any trails to walk to and it was very steep which was a little rough on my dads knees-but if you know that going in and it doesn’t create an issue than the house itself is great. Amazing views of the area as well from all porches and balconies.

Morning and night it was so quiet just the wind off the trees put me out at night . And so much to do in the Cabin you don’t want to go out and see a beautiful state. The movie room kept us watching movies every nite when we came back form outside. This was on the top list of places we have been so t Just try it you will love the mountains. The stove did not work properly, the dish washer leaked and no ball/equipment with the fussball table. I did reach out after we left and was told they have maintenance available 24 hours a day I just didn't want maintenance people there while we were trying to vacation. Hopefully these things get checked.
