3 BR, Pet Friendly Luxury Cabin with Breathtaking Views and Home Theater Room

Guests come to the mountains to gather and reconnect with friends and to enjoy the amazing views of the Smoky Mountains. Quite possibly the perfect 3 bedroom, Breathtaking Views sleeps 6 guests while offering incredible views of the mountains as well as several places to gather, whether its the game room, the great room or your own private home theater room with 10 foot screen!

2 night stay or 2 week stay your cabin is equipped with a full kitchen and all the cookware and appliance you'll need to prepare in cabin meals, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and microwave. You'll also have a washer and dryer for extended stays.

Spread out in 1 of the 3 suites, 2 with king beds and the other with a queen bed. 3 Full baths adjoins each suite.

You won't get bored! Head to the game room for a game of Foosball or pool and then venture into the theater room for an amazing big screen surround sound experience with theater seating.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The drive up to the cabin is steep with some gnarly potholes so be cautious. We drove in with a crew cab long bed truck and it was a little tight fitting for a large truck like that but we knew how to navigate it amd it's best to pull forward and back into your parking space 😀 all minor things if youre prepared! But the cabin itself was gorgeous and we were able to bring our little Frenchie with us who had the time of his life there too! Elk Springs is amazing with communication and has some of the best, if not the best, customer service Ive dealt with in a long time. Thank you for the memories! 5☆ in EVERY way possible!

It would have been nice to know there was only parking for one vehicle. We had to park one of our trucks half in the very steep road. It meant jumping down 2 ft while holding the door up to get out.

In the central bathroom the jets in the tub had not been cleaned out and when initiated black soot came out of them. Down stairs in the hottub area had only one light on back porch. It needs more lighting. Actually it was scary. Also on main floor, rails should be placed in shower and commode for elderly to access. That is the only things that were not to our liking.

So many people come to our cabin because they couldn't locate there cabin number. Cleaning could have been better. The microwave was not cleaned it had burnt stuff in it. Not sure the last time the hot tub was empty and scrubbed out. I slipped on slime when I got in. Which I got right back out, that was disappointing. Dryer took to long to dry a small load of laundry.

Breathtaking Views

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was generally clean but needed a good deep clean. The theater seats were dirty and dusty (don’t believe these were cleaned), thick dust on lamps and pictures over bed as well as thick dust and a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling fans above beds and in family room. I reported this along with other non-clean areas and they did offer to come and correct (which I declined as mentioned it was generally clean, was just notifying them so they could give some attention before next guests; I understand everyone’s idea of “clean” is different). The hot tub was not heating and they did come same day to fix. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds are very squeaky but generally comfortable.. The cabin seems dated and needs some better lighting - it is quite dark going to game area/theater room and hot tub. Carpet steps to this lower level area are filthy. The pictures may be older as it isn’t all same furniture or placement.

Fireplace didn’t work for the entire visit even with 2 service calls from the property management company. The steep terrain to get to the cabin should be communicated especially during wintry weather. Limited area to walk pets ... so be aware. Reservation team didn’t honor a promo code offered on their site when they booked my reservation .... Very disappointing.... and when you try to contact them it’s endless emails back and forth asking you to call them and they never return your call. Also the physical addresses listed for their offices are incorrect.... They are all virtual now so no recourse available for any issues. Been renting cabins in the area for over 15 years and never had a property management company so horrible to work with.

Dissappointed

The kitchen had greasy prints all over and the tops of the cabinets were filled were dust-covered and bug covered. there were remnants of toilet paper on the Bathroom floor. The dryer did not work on heat, only low heat. The outside plugs and bathroom plugs were not working, so we found GFI's that needed reset to take care of that ourselves. The LR rug is filthy and one corner rolls up, tripping those coming down the stairs. No cleaning is done to the porches and the cobwebs are heavy and windows are all gross. We have stayed at more that 25 cabins in our travels to this area and this was the worst. No offers of reimbursement were given, though I contacted them immediately. the area is quiet and we did get by.

I would like to give some feedback for improvements, there weren’t enough towels for both the hot tub and showers, and when washing the towels that were available the dryer takes hours to get the towels dry. Also the bathtub jets need cleaned, I’m assuming they just aren’t used very often, but when running a bath for my toddler there was a lot of gunk in the water from the jets

We had fun in Gatlinburg. Cowboy Way cabin was spacious and just as advertised. Close enough to the parkway but far enough to be quiet. The staff from Elk Springs were very responsive and helpful.
