  • Awesome Cabin with breathtaking views for miles in Amazing location off the Smoky Mountain Parkway 5 mins from everything.
    Professionally decorated for the holidays
    Barrett's Lookout is a brand new cabin completed in March of 2022. It boasts a massive kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets and extra appliances for large groups and entertaining. The first floor has a tremendous 20 foot pool, 65" television, 2 seating areas with an outdoor hot tub and amazing views.
    In all there are 3 full size porches across the 3 floors of the cabin with plenty of seating to relax.
    This amazing cabin was professionally decorated and sleeps 16 guests in 3 King Bedrooms, a queen over queen and twin over twin bunk room each with en suite full bathrooms as well as 2 queen size sleeper sofas in living and game rooms.

    Enjoy your coffee as you watch the sunrise over Mount LeConte or the 'smoke' covering the smoky mountain peaks in the distance as this luxury cabin boasts the best views in all of Shangrila.

    The location of the property is exceptional as it is 5 mins off of the Parkway which connects Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with the Smoky Mountain National Park.

    We manage this property ourselves so there are no large companies to deal with. It is very special to us and we hope all of our guests treat it and take care of it as if it was there own.

Perfect location with a lovely view

The home was everything we needed and was in a great location. We were traveling from all over and there was plenty of room and space for 8 of us. Our grandchildren loved having their own bunk room. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We used the pool everyday which we were pleasantly surprised was bigger than it appears in the pictures. We would stay here again.

Great cabin near Dollywood

We recently stayed in this cabin with our extended family and it was wonderful. The location was in close proximity to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. The property was clean and well-equipped, and the host was extremely responsive with any questions or issues. The pool was a great addition! We would certainly stay here again!

Family Christmas Stay

Our entire family met to celebrate Christmas here this year. It was perfect. Close to Pigeon Forge but secluded. Indoor pool and hot tub on the porch! Plenty of room for all of us and a great kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing cabin!

This place is absolutely perfect. One thing that is a major plus is the downstairs pool is locked with a key. This was a major relief when we got there knowing that our toddler couldn’t make her way to the pool without an adult. Our kids loved the pool and pool table. Would highly recommend this cabin to a family or two families to enjoy. It’s perfect!

We loved this amazing cabin. We’ll definitely rent again. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The views from the porches are amazing. The neighborhood is lovely, right off the parkway. Impeccably clean. The pool and hot tub were fun and very well kept and clean. 4 Bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms were perfect for 8 adults. Nice game room with an old school video game machine. Really close to Gatlinburg for easy drive.

If your looking for a quite neighborhood, easy to access and a fun place for the entire family to have a fun filled trip this is your place! The location is right in the middle of gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so both are easily accessible! The booking process was the easiest I’ve ever had&we book quite often! The host was amazing to work with and super helpful and friendly! Now let’s talk about this gorgeous home! I say home because it literally felt like home away from home! Everything is exactly as described and the pictures is literally what you get! The house is well stocked with paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper, my only suggestion may be to add a few dishwasher tablets and laundry soap. It wasn’t a big deal though because they are super cheap at Walgreens which is right down the strip! There truly isn’t enough words to describe how great this place is! From the relaxing hot tub and heated pool to TV’s in every single room and breathtaking views from all three decks! Our family will definitely be back!
