Beautiful first floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo on the river

Beautiful first floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our newly decorated balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood.
Condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed with tempurpedic mattresses and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with tempurpedic mattresses with access to a full bath. Bedrooms are far enough away from each other for privacy so it's great for 2 couples. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 6 guest comfortably. As you can see from the reviews, it's kept extremely clean. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here.
We also have a second 2 bedroom 2 bath on the same floor for those who may need 2 units. VRBO listing 1227001.. ...we have a 3 bedroom 2 bath on the top floor as well, vrbo listing 3338831

We loved having two full bathrooms and the proximity to everything was amazing. Very centrally located to all attractions and restaurants. This was also one of the most quiet stays we have ever had anywhere. The kitchen truly is fully stocked. The only thing I found lacking was a microwave splatter guard. Ha!The whole facility and the condo itself could use a little attention to detail as far as dust and cobwebs. But we had a great stay.

We have stayed in these condos many times. They are in a safe location, and close to everything. Julie is a wonderful host. We have stayed in her condos twice. The condo was decorated for Christmas, and we even had the most beautiful tree. Loved everything about our stay.

Great location and property

We spent time in Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains and this was a great location to go between the two. The place was really clean and had the necessary kitchen equipment. The host was great at communicating. I would suggest this rental to others and I would stay here again.
