    WELCOME!!
    This Cabin is everything you would want to have a dream vacation in the smoking mountain area, is located in Sevierville, just minutes Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, we are 7 mins to town and 15 to Dollywood. Smokies National Park, Dixie Stampede. Close to all the local Attractions Douglas Lake, Helicopters Rides, Outlet Malls, 8 minutes Sevierville convention center, Movies, restaurants, The Island, Wine and Moonshine tasting, and much more...

    Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet is available along with HDTVs in every room.
    The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
    1) 1 King Sized bedroom (floor down)
    2) 1 King Sized Bedroom (floor down)
    3) 1 Queen Sized bed and 1 twin bed (floor up)
    4) 2 Full sized beds (floor up)
    The Playroom for lots of fun, a pool table will have sound system, TV and You can challenge your friends and family to a game.
    The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare amazing meals and serve them around an impressive custom-made granite countertop, big enough to fit a family of 8 or more. The kitchen also comes with double sinks, and granite counter. New A/C and water heater installed in November 2025

    Security: For your protection and ours, there are security cameras on the front porch and driveway. These cameras automatically record audio and video of the exterior of the property. New air conditioning and water heater installed in November 2025

    Property usable: events, (Only birthday or wedding celebrations, no more than 20 people) / No smoking indoors/ No illegal uses allowed/ No drugs allowed/ No fireworks allowed onsite

    The Cabin is DOG Friendly, (Up to dog) okay upon approval and with and additional $100.00 for one dog and $150 for two dog, maximum 2 pets are allowed and Maximum 20 or 25 pounds.

    NOTES
    -Guest access: Access via door code will be given a few days before check-in. The entire cabin will be yours.
    -Towels and bathroom paper will be provided for the first day. You will provide the propane if you are going to use it, you will find the tank there next to the grill.
    -When there is dog hair on beds and furniture, a fee of $29.00 dollars will be charged for extra cleaning.
    -If you leave the sink full of dirty things, you will be charged a fee of $29.00 for extra cleaning.

Cabin was nice and clean. Liked the country style setting. The only thing that we didnt have, which was just a personal thing was a griddle for preparing breakfast for 11 people. Otherwise it was well equipped. Thanks

The area is quiet,we all liked sitting on the porch in the evening. The kitchen was nice and had many small appliance to make a meal,along with an oven and grill.or you're not too far to order pizza delivery. Sevierville is close by with many things to do there and other towns near by. Bathroom main floor and upstairs were also nice

This place did what it needed to do. There was room for everyone. Place was clean. There were pamphlets and brochures available for things to do in the area. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The pool table provided great entertainment one evening. Not far from town. We had an excellent time.

Yes we read the other reviews, yes we had wonders, but contrary to those reviews, this cozy little cabin was such a surprise! The pictures of this home do no justice to the immaculate beauty it really is! We stayed here for four of the best days we have stayed anywhere for a vacation! The owners were super accommodating, and kind! The house was cleaner than most hotel rooms where we have stayed, the yard was kept nicely groomed and the neighborhood was calm and inviting! I trusted my gut with this booking and I’m VERY happy I did!! We will return!!

We enjoyed the cabin very much. It was clean and great space for the children to play. The game room gave plenty of space for the 3 rascals to play pool, monopoly, battleship, and much more. It was just the perfect size. There was plenty of room to disperse away from each other and to gather with family. It was also very relaxing and peaceful. Not to forget, it was extremely easy to get to with a fairly-simple route. The front porch also had plenty of seats for everybody to sit and talk to each other while watching the wildlife. Would definitely recommend.

Family trip

The cabin looked how it looked online…everything was tidy only thing I hate was they had LOTS of roaches! Other than that…it was accommodating. Checking out the host charged for things that was done prior to…they accused me of bringing a dog and having it on camera when we only brought kids we don’t even own a dog. But overall the stay was good but the ending process has me livid…we paid a cleaning fee and still cleaned before we left, made sure the house was intact and still get blamed and charged for something we have no knowledge about

Convenient location

The location was close enough to get to the places we wanted to go. There were some things we were disappointed with. There was 9 of us (originally to be 10) there were not enough towels or washrags for all of so we had to go buy some of each. Trash was left in the trash can in the game room (full). There were blinds in the bedrooms but it would have been nice to have curtains as well. We had planned to cook out one night due to a picture of a grill on the back porch but it was rusted out & could not be used.

Ot was ok

I replaced the batteries in the thermostat because they were dead and we had no air. I had to fix the Directv because the mini genis were not linked to the Gene 2. 1 room was missing a direct tv remote. The ice maker was turned off and we had no ice. The cabin needed to be dusted. Cobwebs was on the walls as well as deer heads. The first morning we was there and we woke up there was some small animal running around the upstairs beedroom. You could hear its claws on the hardwood floor from the two rooms down stairs. The water pressure from the shower was awesome. The check in and out process was outstanding with the automatic lock. It wasn't a bad stay, there was just a few little things that could have made it better for the amount of money I paid. Suggestion to the home owner would be to teach the cleaning people to dust as well as to make sure everything works and has fresh batteries

All was nice but water heater did not work properly...but over all loved the home and comfort. I suggest either a couple recliners, or a sofa that reclines for those who need to elevate their feet or a foot stool or two! Thanks it was a very good experience for all!

I was unable to make it for my booked stay. My family had gone to NYC and my fiancé got sick so instead of going to Tennessee, we went back home to NC. I knew there was no refund as it was clearly stated before I had even booked the place. So that as not an issue at all. I notified the owners that we wouldn’t be staying and they were very nice. Hope to make it back that way some point this year.
