We just returned from our week long stay at Barkin at the Moon. We are a family of 5 adults and 1 child and it was the perfect size for us. The cabin is well stocked with all your needs and is very quaintly decorated. The little pool was perfect but the hot tub only ever gets Luke warm, no matter how many times you reset the timer. Close to many attractions and only 1 other cabin near so it is nice and quiet . Beware, the driveway is VERY STEEP so bring your 4 wheel drive vehicle.

Such a great rental with everything you would need and very clean. The only issue we ran into was the hot tub wasn't hot but more like lukewarm. Other than that everything was perfect.

Cabin living close to everything

Amazing place! Owners are amazing. Very clean. Close to all attractions but still secluded. We loved the hot tub and pool. The bed was cozy. The back porches are very nice. The only downfall was the the driveway. It’s very steep and there’s barely room to turn around once you get in. Two cabins share the same drive and it’s tough to navigate especially in a full size truck.

Perfect Escape

We had a fabulous time staying at barkin at the moon. The kids did not want to leave. When rain set in the pool and arcade area was perfect to keep the little ones entertained. It is so close to all area attractions yet secluded away. We would highly recommend staying here and will do so again.
