Our cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin on two levels - with more than adequate parking!

* Main Level features the living room, dining room, kitchen as well as master king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Additional sleeping is available via a sleeper sofa in the living room.

* Lower Level has the game room with additional sleeping on a futon and laundry.

Wonderful place, convenient location

This home is beautiful, the hosts were very nice, and you couldn't ask for a better place in a quiet Cades Cove and Pigeon Forge are close by.

Very nice property. Close enough to the attractions but in the country for rest and relaxation

Nice property close to things to do but far enough out for peace and quiet. Elviras is close by for breakfast and we love mountain brothers for fresh coffee

Family getaway

This was the perfect place for our family and puppy to getaway. We were all able to relax and enjoy each other, the mountains, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Wonderful experience!

The cabin is cute, cozy and has a wonderful view. We loved spending time there as a family, especially enjoying the hot tub and fire pit. Our dog was with us and the fenced-yard was so convenient! We would love to come and stay again; it was the perfect way to enjoy Wears Valley.

Very Good Cabin

Cabin was clean on arrival, and as described in listing. It was in a good location that was very quiet. Had very great views of the valley and mountains. Would stay again at property in the future.

Fall Vacation

Great location!! Loved that the pool table was downstairs away from the main house. With teenage boys, it was needed! We saw a bear down the road from the cabin! Communication with the home owner was immediate and helped with all our questions!!

Beautiful view of the mountain

The property was nice and quiet. House was spacious and well stocked. We had a nice relaxing weekend with our dog. Will definitely stay again. The fire pit area was nice but we didn’t light a fire. Bring some bug spray if you want to chill out there!

Family Vacation

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a place. Everything was just as it was described in the listing. The outdoor hot tub provided a nice little reprieve from life’s craziness, whereas the fenced-in backyard provided my fur babies a safe place to run and play. Plus, Donn, the property owner, was great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a success.

The property was clean. It was quiet and secluded enough without being too far from attractions. The pool looked nice although we did not find time to swim. The pond was nice to fish in too. The hot tub was also enjoyed by all. It was the forst vacation ive had with all my kids and grandkids in 12 years and we had a great time just enjoying the back yard and conversation. I would stay there again.

Quiet & peaceful mountain stay

It was exactly as advertised. Fit our needs perfectly. Wife and daughter loved the hot tub. We were able to get to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge with ease. The owners were always available via the app. Unfortunately there was a burn order in place so never got to utilize the firepit. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet peaceful visit

We loved our stay. The view of the mountain over the valley was priceless. Hot tub was delightful, and plenty of space for our group to enjoy the visit. I wish the listing had been more clear about the fenced yard there was no door to the fenced area, so we had to leash our dogs to walk them in the patio to the fenced in area and the fence posts were wide enough for our small dog to slip through. Other than that, wonderful stay!!

1st family getaway with our grown children and grandchildren

My family and I came down for a extended weekend. Donn was amazing. We all had a great time! We will Definitely come back and for a longer period next time. Quiet and Spacious Cabin in the Valley

The Family Memories Cabin was the perfect place for our family to stay. The cabin was very clean, definitely the cleanest of any of the 7 cabins I’ve stayed in during trips to the area. It was also in a quiet, easy to get to neighborhood with no steep mountain roads required to get to it. The view was amazing because Wear’s Valley is my favorite place in the Smokies. It was nice to have things like hand soap and spices provided as well as ample towels and extra linens. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable and the kids liked having their own rooms. The shower in the master bathroom was nice too. I definitely recommend this cabin!

Family gathering

Overall the property functioned to host my family (adult children and my grandchildren ages 1-14). Location is convenient to Townsend and far enough away from congestion of pigeon forge to be desirable to us, making PF accessible when we wanted to go in and not having to deal with congestion when other activities were the priority. Only 2 baths for our group of 9 (4 adults 5 children) was a bit tight at times and only 3 bedrooms with one bed per room (two queen and one king) also required adaptation. Sofa bed in living room appeared not to have been used (referring to the bed) as mattress was dusty/crumb covered when opened. Mattress pads furnished for sofa beds were torn at corners esp and as a result didn’t fit securely on the mattresses. We gathered to meet with other family in the area to enjoy the area and reconnect and were successful in that primary goal. We did not reach out to owners during our stay but only prior to arrival.
