Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a relatively comprehensive manual which includes house rules, things to do around town, check in-instructions, emergency contact information, and other general info such as what essential toiletries we provide

We are always available to answer any questions, help prepare for your trip, assist with any special requests you may have, and for local tips/attractions, but our level of interaction is up to you. A prompt response is always appreciated by our guests so please reach out. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

★ DISCLOSURE:

-This is a MTN CABIN so guests must drive up MTN ROADS. While paved and accessible, parts of these roads are steep, narrow and winding. 4X4 or AWD vehicles are recommended during winter.

-Property is deemed acceptable 30 minutes after check in. We remedy any issue that may arise during your stay in a timely manner. Owners or their agents will access the property if deemed necessary and such access cannot be denied.

Baby gates are for Guests convenience only and the owners make no guarantees. Child safety is the responsibility of Guests.

EQUIPMENT FAILURE, AND OTHER INCONVENIENCES:

All equipment in the unit should be in working order. Please immediately report any equipment problems. Every effort will be made to rectify the problem, but WE CANNOT REFUND MONEY DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURE. Please be patient if you encounter any inconveniences. We will be as responsive as possible and will do our best to rectify those things that are within our control. Samples of inconveniences which are not in our control and which do not warrant any refund of rental monies include but are not limited to: breakdown of TV's, VCR's, DVD players, satellite systems, stereos, hot tubs, or other appliances; poor cleaning issues; outages of the power, cable, internet, water, or telephone services; construction taking place in the area; flies, ladybugs, stink bugs, or other insects inside the house; chipmunks, mice, or other rodents inside the house; bad weather including snow, sleet, rain, and fog; poor ski conditions; and hazardous road conditions.

PARTIES:

We do not allow parties or unapproved guests sleeping over. Charges start from $250 in addition to immediate loss of use of the property.

REFUNDS:

We strongly advise the purchase of travel cancellation insurance. We do not offer refunds for any trip interruption or cancellation reason. We do not offer refunds for weather disasters

Harmless and curious bugs and rodents will roam around all over the place, especially during winter season. We perform routine pest control to try to prevent as many bugs and rodents as possible from sharing the cabin with you, but it's not a perfect solution. Please be aware that you may see bugs or rodents in the cabin. Keeping all doors and windows closed when not in use is helpful
