"Breezy Treehouse" is a beautiful, custom built, all log cabin located in a park like setting. Close to all area attractions that can be easily reached avoiding all high traffic congestion areas, it is nestled between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This gorgeous cabin has all the amenities you could ever ask for in your very own home away from home. It is privately managed by the owners who are quick to respond to your needs while visiting. Offering lots of extras, like 3 fireplaces, 2 king bedroom suites with Jacuzzi tubs and electric fireplace in each suite. Beautiful mountain views,from the wrap around porch with outdoor fireplace, plus an upper level deck in a private setting, rock away your cares as you enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine or sweet tea in the afternoon overlooking the Smoky's. We offer a gas and charcoal grill to add a cookout or s'mores to your outdoor living experience. Comes equipped with Flat screen TV's. This cabin has been recently redecorated added amenities include a arcade game with over 60 different games, pool table and many board games to keep you entertained when all you want to do is stay in and enjoy the beautiful views and comfort of the cabin.
The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences of home including Keurig coffee pot and full size appliances. Full size washer and dryer convenient for the outdoor enthusiast.
This cabin can be enjoyed by adults on a romantic getaway as well as families with children, additionally the main floor bedroom is convenient for guests with mobility concerns.
Located in the Glades area, (one mile from Arts & Crafts loop) Don't be fooled by the Sevierville address, we are conveniently located with easy access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This cabin has paved roads all the way to the cabin. A safe drive in inclement weather for its Floridian owners! Available parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Cabin was in a great location. Very clean and everything you need in the kitchen, extra blankets, lots of space for a family. Hot tub, pool table and arcade game gave us plenty to do when the rain kept us inside.

Perfect Place

Perfect cabin tucked away in the woods. It was private but close to all the things we wanted to go see. Really wanted more time there and want to come back! Awesome trip.

Nice place to stay

Everything was as described. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to prepare a dish. Location is great with about a 20 minute drive to either downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

We absolutely loved our stay! Cabin was beautiful and clean and the kids absolutely loved it! They loved the bunk beds, hot tub, and pac man game! The adults even got into the game as well! We will definitely be back!

All the directions were perfect and easy to follow. The cabin was just as described and clean and ready for us. Such a peaceful setting and yet close to so many activities. Truly a superb experience for my husband and I!!! I would definitely recommend!

You will not be disappointed with this lovely cabin. Beautiful views!!! This place offers anything you would want when on vacation. Hot tube was great and then go sit in the rocking chairs by the fire and enjoy the views!. Later on we played a few games of pool and played video. Was great being a kid a heart again!

Clean and Comfortable!

Just as advertised. The cabin was very clean, spacious and everything was in perfect working order. The beds were comfortable with great TV options and fireplaces. The 2-way fireplace worked wonderfully for sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in the evening or with morning coffee. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location!

The cabin is just as described in the listing. The house was clean and had everything you'd need. It was nestled into the Smokey mountains and took only 29-25 minutes to get to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Everyone in the family had a great time! Kids loved the arcade games, pool table and hot tub. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and having the space for everyone in the house. Can't wait to visit again!!

Very nice cabin in great location

Nice cabin in a great location, but lacked in cleanliness. I loved the decor. I did not like having to climb onto the bunk beds to put clean sheets on. The shower curtains need to be washed. I would stay here again, but would hope for better cleaning.

Birthday week

The cabin was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook there for dinner. We wanted to be located in a quiet neighborhood and it was just what we were looking for. All attractions and grocery store were within 20-30 minutes away. The owner was prompt with replies. We would recommend this cabin!!

Amazing views, great location and perfect family cabin!

This was our first trip, to the mountains, with our kids(11 & 13). The cabin, location and convenience we're all excellent. It is centrally located near Gatlinburg, Pigeon forge, Dollywood and shops. However, it is nicely secluded from other cabins. Porch views are breath taking. Grill was cleaned and ready to go. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was perfect. I would highly recommend this cabin!

Quiet place away from the strip

If you are looking for a quiet place away from all the craziness of downtown, this might be the place for you. Beautiful view of the mountains and lightning bugs giving a light show in the evenings. The checkin/checkout process is simple. Lots of kitchen supplies to cook dinners in the piece and quiet. The amenities were plentiful. Thank you for opening up your cabin for us to enjoy!!!

Exceeded our expectations!

The BreezyTreehouse was a beautiful cabin and the pictures don’t do it justice! It was more spacious than we were expecting and so cozy! The view was just perfect and gave you a secluded wooded feel, yet also had amazing views of the mountains! The outdoor fireplace on the cool nights was also a plus. The cabin had everything you could possibly need and was conveniently located between both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg - about a 20 minute drive to each. We would not hesitate to come back to this cabin again!

Spring getaway

We stayed at the cabin last week and had a wonderful time. The cabin was set up great with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens/blankets. My family loved the hot tub, pool table, and gaming table. Also, my kids enjoyed the vhs collection of kid/family movies and watching them in the loft area while playing pool. The cabin is a nice central location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Also, Manny is very responsive. I had a couple of questions during my stay and he was quick to respond.

Wish we could have stayed

We rented this lovely cabin; however, due to an unexpectedly strong snow storm the power was out. We got to the cabin and were so taken with it we tried to wait for power to return. Unfortunately on day two we had to make other arrangements. Manny and his wife were very understanding and accommodating. I would love to book again another time!

Our most favorite stay in the Smoky Mountains so far!

This was our first visit to the Smoky Mountains. We travel from the furthest point in the NW area of the US, so I always want to make sure our trip is just awesome. Well, this property was incredible! The home was clean, updated, and pleasantly decorated. The owner, Manny, was great and responsive in his communications. The views were great but the trees have grown a bit since the photos that are posted. That was alright for us. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe feeling. Overall, this was our most favorite visit! We hope to book at Breezy Treehouse again and again for future visits!

Our stay at the cozy "breezy treehouse" retreat....

We stayed here with another couple for 4 nights and had a wonderful time! The cabin was up in the mountains and had a magnificent view from the deck. The wrap around porch had many places to sit, rock and sip coffee in the morning. The beds and rooms were very comfortable and we found it easy to relax. It was well equipped with items in the kitchen and bath area. The cabin had a perfect "lodge theme" and decorated so cute! We had to contact the host during our stay and they were very quick to respond and resolved our issue right away. The arcade machine was a little hard to operate and didn't seem like the Pac-Man game was working properly, but other than that our stay here was exceptional! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Loved Our Stay!!

Owners were quick to respond to all questions! They provided information needed to get into the cabin and clear instructions on how to program the locks. We loved our stay at the Breezy Tree House! The cabin was clean and everything was as it stated in the description. It says 20-30 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but we has able to explore all the back roads and found a shortcut to the art district loop in Gatlinburg it was only 7 mins away from the cabin! It was only a 15 minute drive to pigeon Forge! While out exploring the back roads down the street from the cabin we show bear cubs up in the trees! The great thing about this cabin is you think you are secluded but you are truly close to all the attractions but far enough away to enjoy nature and to be able to see the stars at night! Even those there were others in the cabins around us it was quiet. We explored the property did find signs that bears had been on the property. This cabin will be our go to for future getaway's!
