Designed with comfort and style in mind, this beautifully finished space offers the ultimate escape—rain or shine. Whether you’re taking a refreshing morning dip, lounging poolside, or letting the kids splash around, this private indoor pool adds a whole new level of fun and relaxation to your stay, complete with a Roku TV so you can stream your favorite shows and movies while enjoying the poolside atmosphere.

Our indoor pool is kept around 85°F, and the pool room air temperature is typically around 83°F. Because this is an enclosed indoor pool space, the room will feel warmer and more humid than the rest of the cabin. This is normal for indoor pool rooms and helps maintain the proper pool environment.

PETS
Please note, pets are not allowed on the property to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Thank you for your understanding!

PARKING
The cabin offers ample parking options for guests. The driveway in front of the cabin can accommodate 4-5 vehicles.

SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

COMMUNITY POOL
Our home is situated in a lovely Sevierville community, offering a peaceful mountain setting while remaining convenient to the attractions of Pigeon Forge. For a refreshing break on warm days, the Cedar Falls Community Center offers a seasonal outdoor pool (open mid-May to September) that is available for guest use. The pool address is 2605 Cedar Falls Way.

SMART STAY AND EASY CHECK-IN
To make your arrival as smooth and stress-free as possible, we use a secure digital guest portal powered by SuiteOp—no app needed. Before your stay, you’ll receive a simple link to complete a quick ID verification, choose between a refundable security deposit or a low-cost damage waiver, and sign the rental agreement.

This helps us keep everything safe and secure while giving you a faster, contactless check-in experience. Once you’re set, you’ll have everything you need in one place—your door code, check-in details, house guide, local tips, and even options like early check-in or late checkout. Easy, convenient, and all at your fingertips.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
