We had a great time at this cabin. It had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the fire kept the cabin warm. There was so much to do around the cabin. Internet worked perfectly for the 6 of us.
We all would agree that the view this property allows is one of the best we have experienced in all the years we visited this area! This was the perfect cabin for our family and pretty much had all that we needed. I would highly recommend this cabin.
We loved this cabin. Beautiful open space in the upstairs area. King size beds were very spacious . We just loved our stay and we’re surprised how much bigger cabin was.
The views of the mountains were breathtaking. The cabin was wonderful. Nicely finished, great shape and was exactly as advertised. With the playground within walking distance, and pool near by it made for easy entertainment for young kids. Very happy with our stay

Dollywood vacation
Great location. Great view. Cleanliness was lacking and contacting the agency to ask questions was difficult.
Our family (4 young kids, grandparents and aunt/uncle) enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Perfect central location for us as the primary purpose of our trip was Dollywood. Close to everything while still feeling remote. Amazing views. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub for long evenings in. Everything was as described and listed.
This place was 15 minutes away from everything we planned to do during our stay. With two impatient kiddos, the location couldn’t be beat. The layout was just as described and suited our group well. The neighborhood playground was just up the hill and an easy walk. The kids loved the playground. The area was relatively quiet with the exception of the Dollywood fireworks that went off at 10 every night (can’t be helped). The bathrooms also had great water pressure. As for the cons, the bathroom doors looked to have mold on them and the bathtubs didn’t drain well. Several of the beds didn’t have a fitted sheet. Anyone walking normally upstairs sounded like thunder through the whole downstairs. This is an issue when 3/4 of the bedrooms are downstairs. There were no curtains on any of the windows so any hopes or the kids sleeping in were impossible. Overall, the place was good for what we needed and the location trumped a lot of other things we would’ve been looking for.
Mountain Views cabin is as described. Plenty of room and relatively clean. Floors could have been cleaner, but that seems to be what is most noticeable in all rentals. First night of our stay there was rain and roof leaked in main floor master bedroom. Contacted rental co., but knew there was nothing they could do in the middle of the night. We gathered up all garbage cans and put under the leaks. Was up numerous times that night moving cans to different leak spots. The amount of water collected in the cans would have definitely caused damage to the wood floor. Called rental co. again in the morning and they said "there maybe someone come out and check it." Don't know if they did or not, as we were away from the cabin all day. When we called to check out, we told company we thought we should be reimbursed for part of our stay, but they didn't care enough to even call back. Every time we called we were told management doesn't come in until noon, and we will tell them. Rental co. or owner should have had the decency to return our call. Would not recommend using Timber Tops & Amazing Views Cabin Rentals. I have never left a negative review before, but this time I fell it is deserved.
Family enjoyed our time together. Views are fantastic.

Not Impressed
One bathroom downstairs not cleaned. Broken blinds hot tub worked one day not hot enough. small toilet upstairs flap in water tank broken water kept running
The views are amazing and is relatively secluded, definitely one of the best properties in the area. I read a review that the main bedroom on the first floor leaked and the rental company was no help, we had the same issue. Granted there was a tropical storm that went through the one bedroom leaked in over 10 places and was unusable for a day. Nobody came out for three days after the call. Besides that don't count on using the grill it's the old picnic style and isn't clean. Lock your doors on your car and don't keep food in it or a bear will get in there (happened to me). Overall very nice place they just need to fix the leaky roof. Oh and somehow a racoon got under the hot tub and we had to get him out lol. Would recommend this place just not in the rainy season. So close to all attractions too!
I’ll start out by saying the views of the mountains from this property we’re absolutely amazing. The issues I have I’d think are minor but a hindrance nonetheless.
When we first got there the bathroom on the main level in the living room was super convenient, however the toilet paper roll holder was broken and the pieces were placed in a basket on the back of the toilet seat.
There were multiple remote controls, but no instructions on what they did or to what TVs they went to. One of the bedrooms downstairs didn’t even have a remote for it, that we could find. After some trial and error we were able to get the main floor tv to work.
I’m sure it was overlooked, because it wasn’t super noticeable I just happened to see it when I was sitting on the couch and looked up. But on the ceiling between the kitchen and dining area it appeared as though pop or some dark liquid was splattered.
The dryer did not work when we got there, so I called and was told they would let dispatch know. They came the next day to fix it, but after they left it still wasn’t working properly. It would dry clothes but I had to dry very small loads at a time.
My personal opinion would be that having some sort of folder with info of the cabin and how to use all of it’s amenities would’ve been helpful. (Examples: what tv remotes go to what tv, pool hours, how to use the dishwasher). Other than the things I listed, we had a great time. The location was close to pretty much everything.

The cabin was beautiful inside and the view was great! Close to stores and shopping. The furniture was really nice and the mattresses were nice. Plenty of room inside. We didn't like the cooking skillets bc the large was rippled and hard to cook on when we went to use it was so greasy and stuck on food had to scrub it. The other to was very small for a large group[. Need scrubbers for stove to clean and more than one dish towel and rag! Other than that we were satisfied and had a great week with 7 family members! Loved you have a family picture in there for us to see!
The cabin was beautiful. The views were even better. The cabin was clean. We loved our stay!

Great view, not so great cabin
The view from the cabin was great, location is really good. However, there were some cleanliness issues. Floor wasn't clean, in some places there was hair on the floor. We specifically called ahead of time about cleaning since there were past reviews about it, but it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Beds were creaky and uncomfortable, bedrooms didn't have curtains. Dining table and chairs were old, needs replacement. Charcoal grill was not clean, and it is not covered. We couldn't use it. Some of the cooking utensils were not clean and a bit beat up.
The location of the cabin was pretty good, close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and this one was situated right at the edge of the mountain so the view was gorgeous and unobstructed. The chairs on the deck were plentiful and comfortable. The cabins are much closer together than I had realized (you can hear other people talking while you are inside your cabin, and if you have a very noisy neighbor like we did, it takes away from the serenity of the view). The check in process was very easy, and the directions given to find the cabin were good. The cabin was fairly clean. They left us plenty of dishwasher tabs, tp, and garbage bags. There were plenty of dishes and pans for us. The couch was nice and comfortable (not worn out or saggy!) and the TV was easy to figure out. The WiFi was excellent! The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows, the bathrooms are a good size, there were plenty of bath towels, and the water gets hot very quickly. The pool table was nice, although there was no chalk for the cues. The hot tub was plenty hot, but there was a beer cap in the bottom the first time we got in, so obviously it was not cleaned from the previous people’s stay which was disappointing (There was a little filter thing that floated around at least). We never had to get a hold of the management for any issues and overall I would say it was a very nice cabin!
Loved loved loved cabin. Perfect for our family. Was clean and just like advertised! The views were amazing. We’ve rented several and the views here were the best!
