*With rentals, it’s sometimes unpredictable if particular games break down, we ask for your understanding in case a specific game above is unavailable during your stay. We always try our best to repair everything as soon as possible but sometimes if we have to order parts, specific games may be out of commission during your stay!

ROADS: In the winter (or sometimes during heavy rain) please use your discretion when it comes to driving in mountain roads. Sometimes 4x4 will be needed, especially if there is snow/ice on the road. The county maintains the main roads, and we only maintain the driveway. We will unfortunately not be able to help tow your car. If our cleaners/maintenance are able to drive to the cabin safely we will also not be able to help with cancellations/rescheduling.
WILDLIFE: Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
GRILL: Our outdoor BBQ grill is a charcoal park grill. Guests who would like to use the grill are responsible for providing charcoal.
CAMERA: There are security cameras located outside the property only - by the front porch, front of garage and by the back door leading to the hot tub
