This was a great location but also private. It was a great place to spend a few days relaxing! I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Perfect getaway for Anniversary. The cabin is so peaceful and quiet. Everything was as seen in pictures. Darrin was Great and made sure we knew if we needed anything to let him know. Love that the cabin has everything you need even if you forgot something. The snacks were a great hit with us when we got the munchies. Thanks for a Great stay.

Hi. I’m really late in leaving this review, sorry!This cabin was great!! Very clean and had everything we needed. We got into town a little early and host allowed us to check in. They even had some snacks for us!! Bed was comfortable and hot tub was clean! Coffee bar was a super nice touch!

Romantic getaway

Very nice cabin with everything you need and as advertised. Very quiet! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and drinking coffee in the mornings. Bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

We loved this well appointed cabin nestled in trees with a relaxing outdoor hot tub. Our hosts were very attentive and left plenty of towels & blankets as well as a fun tabletop arcade (we couldn't resist playing Pac-Man). The couch and bed were both comfortable, and we appreciated having a ceiling fan and TV in the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The Crazy Bear Den is best cabin we have stayed at in pigeon forge. Everything you need in a cabin and some. Location is perfect too with being close to the strip as well as quick access to Teaster lane and Veterans Blvd. Darrin is a great host and made sure we knew that we could come to them if needed. Will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Clean and Peaceful

This stay was our third time staying at Crazy Bear Den. The cabin was clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and the hot tub was ready for us to get in upon arrival. The area is peaceful and tranquil but only 5 minutes to the parkway. The owners, Darrin and Michelle, were easy to communicate with and very prompt with replies. Thank you again for a WONDERFUL stay!!

Anniversary getaway

This was a great cabin for our getaway. Everything was clean and neat for our stay. The owners have put a lot of thought into everything. There was a selection of games and movies to make the cabin more enjoyable. We wanted to stay away from the crowds so we stopped at the Kroger down the road and made meals at the cabin as well. The owners have just about anything you need already there including the grill on the porch. Very nice cabin! We would definitely use this cabin again in the future.

The cutest little cabin imaginable

I cannot recommend the Crazy Bear Den enough! I adored it and my stay there! It was the perfect property for me to relax for a couple of days. (It also would have been perfect for a couple’s getaway.) Everything was as described and there were little extra touches everywhere (like towels for the hot tub and blankets on/near the couches). The host was fantastic to interact with and truly seemed to care about my experience as a guest. If I return to the area (which I hope to), I will absolutely look to stay in this cabin again.

STOP SEARCHING YOU FOUND IT ! ! !

Seriously, Stop looking book this Cabin! ! ! If you are looking for a great place to getaway, have some privacy but yet be close to everything. This is the one... Cabin was as described. Super clean, bed was very comfortable, hot tub was a great perk after some long days. We will 100 % be booking the Crazy bear again for out next trip to Tennessee! Awesome Restful Stay

We were looking for a quiet break from an extremely busy schedule and found a great place here! We had a long drive and arrived late in the evening, the cabin was cooled perfectly and ready for our arrival. The location is secluded yet minutes from all activities in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area, you have a quiet place to return to after a day seeing the sights or enjoying nearby attractions. Communication with the host was excellent - above and beyond expectation, including giving us great directions for our arrival after dark. The cabin is well stocked with towels, linens, paper products, cookware, dishes, and all you will need - all that is left is to get some groceries and settle in. Hot tub is clean and works great, so did the BBQ grill. Views of both the decks are relaxing and well furnished. We are most grateful for a wonderful stay!

All we asked for and more

This cabin was beautiful and everything we asked for when we were looking. For a couple this cabin is the perfect amount of space and the owners make it so home like feel the moment you walk in the door. The location is perfect because it's quiet when you walk outside on the porch no matter what the hour is, but close enough to town to enjoy the area or just need to get something at the store. The inside was just so cozy and our favorite spot to sit was the comfy couch on the main floor. I kept asking my husband what brand it was because I need it at home. (We never figured it out.) The detail that the owners put into the stay was just so sweet and we couldn't ask for more. They were very quick to respond when we had questions. I hope we get a chance to stay again there.

The Perfect Little Getaway

For those of you who are looking for the perfect home base for a romantic getaway in the Smokies, look no further. Nestled just a short drive from Pigeon Forge, the cabin sits within a quiet little neighborhood that manages to offer plenty of woodsy privacy while still remaining right next to every place you want to visit in the Smokies. The cabin offers many of the amenities ubiquitous to others of its kind (I've rented a total of five over the years, so I've seen a few), but where this property truly shines is the attention to detail that its hosts have lovingly provided. Darrin and Michelle mean it when they say they want their guests to have the best possible time in the Smokies. When my girlfriend and I entered the cabin, we were greeted with a cabin that was not only immaculately clean, but featured a pile of complimentary snacks on the kitchen table with a message from the host. Later on, when we actually began to live in the cabin for a week, we were both charmed with the small things we found: from a clean towel placed in exactly the right location before we knew we needed it, to the phone chargers placed on each end table in the master bedroom. Each and every little detail we found in this cabin seemed to say to us, "We've got you taken care of." If you want to while away your time in the Smokies without a worry or care about anything in the world, this is the cabin for you.
