  • The View Too is a newly renovated cabin in Grandview Resort. It is conveniently located just a few minutes away from all of the fun and action of Pigeon Forge. From the moment you arrive your cares will begin to melt away. The cabin is perfect for your family vacation, couples retreat or romantic getaway. It is comfortably furnished and your every need has been anticipated.

    The first floor features a Living Room with 57 Inch HDTV and Blu-Ray Player. There is a comfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa and Love Seat arranged for conversation. Adjoining the Living Room is a Breakfast Nook with Farm Table and the fully stocked Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances. Just off the Breakfast Nook is a 1/2 bath. The first floor Master Suite is elegantly furnished. It has a pillow top King Sized mattress and Private Bath. The Suite features a 39 Inch 4K HDTV and Blu-Ray Player.

    The First Floor Wrap Around Deck features a Gas Grill and Picnic Table; perfect for outdoor dining or board games.

    The heart of Second Floor is the amazing Game Room. It features a Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table and 60-in-One Arcade Machine with all your classic favorites like Pac-Man and Frogger and Donkey Kong. The room has a 65 inch 4K HD TV with sound bar and powered subwoofer for a theater like viewing experience while lounging on the Reclining Sectional Sofa. There is also a table for games or serving snacks. The Kids will absolutely love the unique, custom built Triple Bunk Bed. The game room is served by a 1/2 bath.

    The upstairs deck has an amazing view of Mt. LeConte and the Smokys and is a great place to begin or end your day. Unwind in the huge Hot Tub or enjoy the view from the Rocking Chairs or Log Porch Swing.

    The Second Floor Master Suite is luxuriously furnished and features 16 foot vaulted ceilings . It has a plush King Size pillow top mattress. Watch TV on the 39 Inch 4K HD TV and Blu-Ray player. The huge private bath has its own 2 person Jacuzzi and Steam Shower.

This cabin was perfect for a family. Kids enjoyed the upstairs area with bunk beds, TV, games, hot tub. Location was great and very quick responses from owner when requesting to add a day to reservation.

Relaxing weekend away

Wonderful accommodations and perfect location for my son and I. We enjoyed the hot tub each night after taking in the attractions and zip lining. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the arcade room as well. Would definitely recommend to others and will be back for another visit.

We had a great quick weekend down in the mountains! The cabin was clean and perfect for us. We spent more time than we had on the top deck in the morning just watching the view. Beautiful place!!

Game Room was a hit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The View Too! Cabin was just as advertised and the game room was a hit with our teens and pre teen. Only had a few light bulbs that needed replacing but Luis (maintenance) got us squared away and was so nice to come out on a Sunday. Of course the view is amazing, and neighbors are close but friendly. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others as well.

I would like to say that i believe that it a wonderful place. But do to my mother death and my health, i was not able to travel and take the trip. Our stay at the View Too.

The property was a comfortable and cozy place for our family vacation. Our children loved the bunk bedsand the game room. We used the amenities to the max. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN. It was close enough to our touring locations and secluded enough for our privacy. We loved wahoo adventures and the zipline guides, Matt and Christian ❤️💙 THE REST is to much to type.

Gorgeous mountain cabin!

Located in a mountain top subdivision, this cabin offers a deck with Hot Tub and swing that overlooks the mountains! The Inside offered a beautiful full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, Utensils… Everything we needed! Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms And flatscreen TVs along with a first floor family room with TV and second floor great room with TV, along Air hockey, foosball table, and a video game which month there was plenty to do anytime. Love the deck for morning coffees and relaxing in the hot tub. Would highly recommend this property!!

Very nice, clean, & close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Minor Hut Tub issues which were communicated and immediately addressed. Visited Alpine Mountain Coaster, Zorbing at Gravity Park, shopped at The Island, ate at Smokey Mountain Brewhouse, Ole Red, and visited Paula Deans Lumberjack Feud. Weather held out, a brief rain but didnt alter our plans. So grateful we were able to enjoy this Cabin! Thank You!!!

Not a great experience we have with property. Hot tub was not working, jacuzzi was not working either. This is a milestone birthday getaway for my husband and most important reason to pick this property is hot tub. atleast jacuzzi would have worked. Very bad experience. Location and area is very good.

Cute place with good views but could have been cleaner . Washer was out of order whole time and dryer was week coffee maker had a broke carafe with glass shards in it. They did bring a new maker. No shampoo at all and very little toilet paper. I guess that was stated but seems weird.

Overall okay place

Arrived at 4:30, and our code for door was not working. Lady came a few minutes later and said she hadn't changed it yet. Said batteries were dead. We left and came back later and they left keys for us instead. Honestly location is this place's best quality. Close to Tanger outlet and all the attractions. It's biggest downfall is it's cleanliness. I wouldn't say super dirty, but my kids walked around barefoot for the afternoon and feet were black with dirt when it was bath time. Overall didn't give a sense of a well cleaned place. My kids loved air hockey table, and wife and I loved having TVs to unwind after kids fell asleep. Hottub felt icky. Oh one suggestion for owner, get better lighting. a lot of dead bulbs and ones that are working are really dim. Makes the place dark and part of why it felt icky

Overall, pretty good

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. There were a few little things that knock it down a bit but most were minor or noted in prior reviews. Relatively close to the parkway but portions of the drive were difficult in the dark and with fog. Some of the remotes were missing back and batteries and the recliners of the sectional didn’t work. The steam showers are mentioned in the listing but not functional, although we were aware from other reviews, not a big deal. Move the grill if you plan on using it after or while someone is in the hot tub, it’s directly below it and will get wet, we didn’t grill but would be handy to know if you do. The kids loved the three level bunk bed, air hockey and foosball table. I believe the fridge dispensed the coldest water I’ve ever had. Great parking for one car, sometimes parking at cabins can be sketchy with limited space but the walled off drive in front was just perfect. Ultimately a great stay, would probably stay again if wanting the Sevierville area instead of further towards Gatlinburg.
