We have stayed in this particular VRBO 3 times now, and every time we love it. The location is perfect. We stay on an extended family vacation, so the 3 rooms and bathrooms serve us well. Also, the host stocks the towels & toiletries better than average. We just love this place and plan to stay again in 2027 (we go every other year as a whole family).

This was the best stay in my 50 yrs of coming to Pigeon Forge. The host was excellent. Frank worked with me after a previous host initially told me I could extent my stay, then messaged 2 hours later and reneged. The house had a wonderful view of the countryside and mountains. The area was quiet and peaceful. The house was larger than expected. Very large bathrooms, kitchen and tvs in every room.. There were games for the kids as well as movies. The livingroom had more than enough sitting space for my family of six. I wish I would have started here. Thank you Frank.
