The Neighborhood:
Located walking distance to The Greenbrier Entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you cannot beat this gorgeous location! Mountain views soar out front the cabin! You are a short 12–15 minute drive to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN!
Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin
• This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum
• Cabin accommodates 3 vehicles in the parking area
• Fireplace is gas and seasonal (typically October–March)
• Coffee makers include both Keurig and drip—bring your own coffee
• Charcoal grill provided—bring your own charcoal
• Hot tub installation scheduled for 12/6/24
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Very clean! Very nice space! Hot tub was a little too far but all was amazing, definitely worth the stay! Host very polite and welcoming. Had a visit from a bear as well, picture shared. Over all such a beautiful place!
Because it will be rented out the next time we need a good place close to the Rocky Top Sports fields. Clean, easy to get to, check in and check out were easy and it was just as pictured.
