We stayed in classic room which was superb with comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was of high quality and swift service, especially with early departures for Cordoba and Alcazar. Luis was exceptionally helpful across all our stay.

We enjoyed the stay very much & hope to return in the near future. The staff including; Ignacio, Enrique & Fatima made our stay a pleasure. They assisted us when we needed restaurant advice & places to visit. They provided water every time when went walking through the warm streets & greeted us with smiles.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and elegant in a historic building. It is central to most sights, very walkable. The room is spacious, has tall ceiling and the bed is firm. The pool is small but the view from the rooftop is incredible. The staff is very attentive and courteous. We loved our stay at the Mercer plaza Sevilla!

Fantastic location. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are so friendly. Our room was enormous and very well appointed. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight with amazing views. Highly recommend

Loved my stay at the hotel! Only sad it didnt last longer. Note - the pool and the terrace are really small. It was good for my needs as a solo traveler but someone with a family or kids may not find this good enough. The staff was pleasant and always happy to help. Again, would stay there 100% if I go back to Seville.

Hotel and staff all excellent. Definitely 5* from the moment we checked in until we checked out the staff could not do enough for you. After a long day visiting attractions in the searing Seville heat always asked if we needed water which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Seville close to the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. If visiting make sure you visit the area if Triana it is amazing for Tapas. It is just across the river which you can get to over the bridge. The atmosphere at night is amazing especially at weekends. We will visit Seville again in the future and the Mercer Plaza will be the only place we will stay. I nearly forgot the views from the upstairs terrace are breathtaking.

This is by far the best staff we’ve ever met. They pampered us during our stay, guide and befriended us as well. The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of town. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, big showers (conveniently separated from the toilet!), hardwood floors. The breakfast is EXQUISITE!!! What a treat!!! We can’t recommend this place enough.
