Las Setas Bonitas

An amazing location - right in the middle of the action at Las Setas. Penthouse is comfortable, has an amazing shower, good little kitchen with fridge and coffee machine. Check in was very easy despite no front desk, hotel is very communicative via WhatsApp.

Store your goods in your luggage

The room is well located. Everything is there to eat in this apartment. I love the coffee machine. My problem is the slamming entrance door. The ground floor room is by the entrance door and customers don't care about the door that slams every time it closes. This room is also close to bars. So, have earfoams to make sure to sleep, especially on the weekend. Different surfaces in the room were dirty or oily. We had to clean. A room keeper threw away goods that weren't even close to the garbage. The hotel reimbursed the cost of things lost. One evening, I heard screaming in the hallway like a man who is tortured in an horor movie. I came to realize that these screams went off from a speaker. It came and went for an hour. I had to call the front desk to turn it off.

We had a really turbulent experience here. First we had the ground floor basic room - it was small but all we needed really. On night two the ceiling started leaking and it was more than just a drip, so in our Pyjamas we were walked across the city with our suitcases to another one of their locations (Catedral). For the next night we were moved back to Metropol to the penthouse room, as they had a cancellation for that night. It was chucking it down with rain so couldn't use the rooftop pool/hot tub. For a penthouse we weren't very impressed to be honest, it wasn't much different to the basic room in terms of the room/kitchen/bathroom, just a bit bigger. We also found long black hairs everywhere! For night 4 we were moved again to another of their locations for the rest of the holiday. We are appreciative that they managed to find accommodation for us to fulfil the booking after the flooded room, but there was nothing else to compensate how much upheaval it caused and time it wasted moving 3 times. We asked and were told no, not even for an airport transfer.

Right in the center ..the view from our room of the "city of the swifts" was absolutely amazing . Room clean, comfortable and functional This is a city of affordable eateries and tapas bars to die for so don't really understand the need for the kitchen units..need clothes hanging/draws units etc.. but that's just my opinion.. There's no reception all communication is via WhatsApp strange for people of my generation (mid 70s) but don't worry it's seamless.. Would we go back .... Just booked

Scam place pretending to be a hotel

This property is NOT a hotel. This is like a hostel. They don't have a clerk on duty to check guests in. They force guests to check-in online asking for information unavailable to the guests. They also show fraudulent pictures of the other high end hotel next door to trap unsuspecting trvellers. I would not recomend this property to anyone who is a mature trveller. There are much better choices in the area than this hostel. Do yourselves a favour and don't book this place. The faceless person who only communicates by text messages is arrogant, rude and sarcastic. And don't expect any room cleaning either.

Die Zimmer sehen so nicht schlecht aus aber trotz dem modernen Looks sind sie schon ziemlich runtergerockt und an einigen Stellen nicht sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und erfolgte per Whatsapp. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, allerdings hatten wir ein Zimmer vorne raus und die Fenster haben 0,0 Lärm abgehalten, es war unfassbar laut im Zimmer. Abends wegen der Gastronomie auf dem Platz, nachts dauerhaft eine sehr laute (ich vermute) Lüftungsanlage und ab morgens früh Handwerker und Straßenreinigung. Aus diesen Gründen würde ich nicht nochmal in dieses Hotel gehen. Es gibt allerdings ein Zimmer nach hintenraus, das wäre vielleicht ok…

De ligging van onze kamer was prachtig, wij hadden het penthouse met zwembad op het dak. En dan kijk je zo tegen Setas de Sevilla aan, ook vonden wij het plein daaronder leuk, gaf wel wat herrie, maar met de deuren dicht hoor je er met slapen niet zo veel van. Waar de accomodatie wel iets aan moet doen is de badkamer. Deze ziet er op het eerste gezicht prima uit, maar dan zie je dat het kitwerk in de douche onder de schimmel zit en dat is wel een heel vies gezicht. Tevens vond ik het vervelend dat er iedere dag werd gevraagd of er moest worden schoongemaakt, maar als er iedere keer maar 1 toiletrol en 2 theezakjes worden neergelegd is dat wel iedere dag nodig. Lokatie en uitzicht perfect!

Séjour à Séville

Nous avons réservé 2 nuits au Welldone Metropol de Séville en pensant avoir un service digne du prix payé. Ceci n’est pas un hotel pourtant repris tel quel, il n’y pas de réception, vous recevez un message WhatsApp avec les instructions, vous devez allez payer dans un autre Welldone pas très loin heureusement, pour avoir vos codes d’accès ! Autre remarque:si vous souhaitez vous reposer prévoyez des boules quies. Coté Propreté, ça peut aller mais rien d'exceptionnel au vu du prix. Si vous avez 230 €/ nuit de bugdet, dirigez vous vers un vrai hôtel avec un vrai service.

No recomendaría el hotel a nadie! El “hotel” no cuenta con recepción y esto no lo sabía hasta después de haber hecho la reserva. Al llegar me tocó llamar por teléfono para que me digan cuál era mi habitación, y no se me proporcionó la información inmediatamente. La habitación si es agradable pero el pasillo olía a cigarrillo, lo cual no coincidía con mi requerimiento a que sea libre de el. Los pasillos y la habitación donde se deja la maleta olían horrible a humedad. La ubicación del hotel si es muy buena, pero para mi donde me quede dista mucho de ser un hotel.

La habitación con ático vale muchísimo la pena!

La zona del hotel es espectacular con unas vistas súper bonitas a las setas, la habitación del ático es espaciosa y viene equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar en tu estancia. Obviamente al ser una zona concurrida durante el día y tempranas horas de la noche hay ruido fuera, pero se duerme bien en la noche. Lo recomiendo mucho!
