"We had to clean the room and make the beds, but the staff were very nice and the location was perfect. Close to the lake, amazing views, and excellent price. We would stay again "

"Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. "Séjour agréable. Résidence propre, équipement simple mais suffisant, sauna et piscine étaient fermés à cause du Covid lors de notre séjour. Résidence située en plein centre de ND de bellecombe. Boulangerie, alimentation générale, boucherie, traiteur et pistes accessibles à pieds. Parkings à proximité mais vite complets. Accueil sympathique du personnel. "

"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "Family ski trip. The accommodation is beautiful the apartments are comfy and cosy. The spa is great after a days skiing. We took advantage of the in-house catering which was great after a days skiing."

"Très bel appartement moderne et spacieux, idéalement situé entre la vieille ville le château et le lac. Cependant quelques défauts et il manque la mise à disposition de certains éléments de cuisine indispensables(casserole, torchon, égouttoir pour vaisselle et aliments). L'état de propreté est parfait, la literie excellente (oreillers peut être à changer). Bien insonorisé sauf du côté de la porte d'entrée. Notre séjour en famille à été très agréable. "

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town area. Will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!"
