"Wonderful hotel. Highly recommended. The only negative is that no one at the hotel reads the messages to the property from guests. I sent an important message that went unread until a corporate office answered but by then it was too late."

I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful.
