"The room faced the parking lot, not the beach. We were in the 6th floor and the noise from the road was still loud. It would have been 100 times better if we had faced the ocean. The room was nicely decorated, clean, the pool was nice, the beach was just down stairs. I tried to get a ocean facing room as soon as we got there but was told we booked a “boulevard room” which meant facing the parking lot. I asked to be placed on a wait list. The staff from the resort called me every day saying...
