"I booked my room through Expedia and booked a standard king room. Upon arrival I was told that they did not have any standard king rooms left due to third party bookings not being accurate, a queen bed was mentioned but after the receptionist spoke with her manager I was upgraded to a suite with a king bed. Great customer service! "

Ended the night at the hotel bar. Bartender was amazing and we also ordered food (pizza) which was excellent. Especially impressed with the security of the hotel. Will definitely be back!"
