She checked me in, instructed me where to park my car, advised where to get dinner because they didn't provide evening meals, served my drink in the bar, laid my table for my brought in take away dinner and then cleared up and still managed to do some cleaning. "We had a family room which was very luxurious for two people. Comfortable, spacious and with 3 windows overlooking the quayside. Everything clean, with well thought out design in bathroom etc. Highly recommended."
