"This is a wonderful place to just chill out under the shade trees, enjoy the lake view from your patio, fish, walk, bike, or have your morning coffee in the cool mountain air. There are 1 or 2 bedrooms available with a nice kitchen and good sized bathroom & shower which also has the convenience of a washer & dryer for you. It's a few miles from downtown but has many restaurants and grocery stores close by. We also took a day trip to Ouray and Telluride. Ray, the owner, lives on the other side and is there to answer any questions or help with anything you may need. He is very hospitable host. We also enjoyed a ride in the Hot Air Balloon and hiked to Treasure Falls. You won't be disappointed in staying on this beautiful lake and this little apartment."
"We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was very convenient and close to everything you need in town. We even got to see several large bucks grazing in the yard one morning. We love visiting Pagosa on our family vacations and would stay again if available next time we are in area."
