"Terry was a great host and nothing was too much trouble! The facilities were fantastic, with the hot tubs, cinema and bar, being particular highlights! The extra little touches for the kids were great and they loved them! We had everything we needed for a great couple of days, with enough to do that we didn't need to leave. "Initially checked into a used room and then asked to come down for breakfast at 8AM and no one was actually there until 8.30AM.After waiting for 30 mins for breakfast I had to leave as the microwave was constantly in use which made me worry I was going to be served food that was not fresh.Personally I got the value of what I paid for but it is not a well run place to be honest."
