"Great stay . Sea front hotel "

"We had a lovely 2 night stay at Orsett Hall. The grounds are lovely with an array of wild birds including green parakeets. The food was good with very generous portions. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean just had some sealant peeling off bottom of the bath. The bed was a bit too hard for me. We used the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. We were the only ones using the pool so it was fine but it isn't that big so would have felt crowded if anyone else was in there. I did notice that some of the tiles around exposed edge needed cleaning. The staff were all lovely and very polite and helpful. "

"Have to say Joel on the night shift check in service was so helpful and gave more of a 5star service went the extra mile I stay in a lot of budget hotels throughout the country and is by far wasted at the holiday in and should be in a posh 5 star as he went the extra mile "

"The perfect place to use as a stop-over on the way from Dover back to Scotland. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large, well-appointed and super-clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip."

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean. The pool and spa were very clean and well run with pleasant, friendly staff. Overall a brilliant stay. This was our second stay. It is conveniently located for driving to the nearby shopping outlet. The room tariff is also very reasonable. "
