"Great resort. So much to do for the whole family. Staff was very friendly and attentive, surprisingly so. Room was great. Pools were fun, beach was beautiful. Many restaurants to eat so we never had to leave the property. Constant DJs and live music. Free beach chairs and umbrellas. Highly recommend."

"I stayed here on a Sat/Sun night. Parking was a little treacherous as the front part of the building is under construction and there are building materials stored in parking spaces with temporary fencing around them. My room was at the front half of the hotel seemingly next door to their construction project and was awoken at 7:30 both mornings with the noise of saws and trucks backing up. The rooms cleanliness left much to be desired as the shower still had 10-15 long hairs on the walls and scum on the shower curtain leading me to believe the rest of the room was also not kept up with. House keeping didn't make a visit while I was there so I had to go ask for fresh towels on my second night. There was no garbage can in the bathroom. The front desk staff were OK."

"The room air conditioner was only like a fan. Didn’t really cool the room. At check out I informed front desk and she was very quick and kind to give me a rebate. The pictures are prettier then the hotel really is. Pool was clean and open!"

"Amenities were awesome. Very nice resort. Rooms were a little outdated but perfect for a family vacation. My only complaint was they tried to charge me 25$ a night x5 nights for a bassinet for my newborn. I went and bought one for 60$. Resort fees and parking really add up- over 400$ for a 5 night stay. Overall I would recommend it, especially if you’re getting a good rate. Restaurants are good but severely overpriced- can walk across the street and each much better and for way less money, "

"this past week was our second time staying at Zota. First trip last year was ok but this trip, not so much. The staff here wasn't very pleasant and the hose keepers missed cleaning our room 3 days out of the 7 we stayed there. coffee runs out in the morning and 4 days I notified the staff asking to bring more. idk I feel like resort staff should keep an eye on stuff like coffee in the morning?? decent bang for your buck if your looking to get out on the island but don't except too much from Zota. the valet service on the other hand was top notch! those guys were running around like crazy getting everyone to their vehicles as quickly as possible. too bad the good service ends at their front door..."

"My stay started off poorly with blood on the sheets, and I had to ask staff three times before someone came to change them. There was also no hot water, and the shower had extremely low pressure, making it difficult to shower properly. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the condition and the location of this hotel. Along with, no postive engery from anyone at the bars or restaurants."
