"Its in a poor part of town. They are making improvement, but have a long way to go. Bed was comfortable, linens were clean but only one towel in the room. Light ou the outside was shinning in the window all night...only a light weight curtain in tje room. I felt safer when the owner told me someone was at the entrance atvall times."

"The hotel was nice; however, for the price there aren't many amenities. You have to pay extra for WI-FI, no free parking, and there's no pool. The area is great though, very walkable for dinner and drinks. There's a Whole Foods a couple blocks away but nothing more affordable for groceries or emergency toiletries within walking distance"

"Rooms were clean and staff was great. Kind of a bummer that the hotel had no water for almost a whole day but I don't believe that was the hotels fault. I feel there should've been some type of discount for that but the rates were fair. Other than the water issue everything else was good. Would stay again and we may since we are working in the area for the next few months."

"This was a last minute booking for me. We did not have a lot of options. When I got into my room, the bathroom light was not working. The bathroom fan would come on, but not the light. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to look at it. I was then told there was nothing they could do about it that night, and this was the last room that was available, so to either stay in the dark or leave. Since we did not have other options at the time we stayed. Also the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in awhile. The man at the front desk was very nice and offered some kind of compensation for the room because of the light. When I checked out the next morning and asked about the compensation I was told that he had emailed someone about the situation and I might get a partial refund or perhaps it could be a credit for another stay. He didn't know and didn't know how long it would take to receive information about it. Needless to say a credit will do me no good because I do not plan on staying again."
