"We were forced to use vallet parking because they were not allowing self parking that evening. Keep that in mind with added cost. Hotel was beautfil and clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were horrible, airy and flat. "

"First, I could not understand the clerks speech when I was checking in, very frustrating. I figured for a five star rating that they say they have there would be coffee downstairs at the very least every morning which there wasn’t. I didn’t think the beds were very comfortable. They don’t have a boxspring and it’s a thin mattress that’s on board slats. Could hear a lot of knocking noises from other rooms. The room doors are not sealed, and you can see the light around clear around the door edges. The last thing I noticed was the floor I’m gonna call it lamentation is coming up and it squeaks when you walk on it. I just figured there would be better accommodations for the price of $250 a night. And one last thing they charge $10 a night for parking."

"Purchased breakfast as an add-on to our 4-day hotel stay: * The first morning service and food were great. * The second day, there was one individual waiting tables for the whole dining room. The server refused to ask the chef if they would accommodate a special request. I ordered, but never received my drink and condiments for breakfast. * Third and fourth day, breakfast was mediocre. Conversely, I can't say enough about the woman working at the hotel check-in desk. She was extremely helpful and pleasant."

"It really was a very nice stay and perfect for our needs. Location to Fabulous Fox Theater was great. Neighborhood very safe. We did not care to go outside anyway but the Inn is advertised as having an outdoor area. We did not plan on having breakfast there anyway, however, for accuracy it should be noted that the hotel no longer offers breakfast service. I did not find shampoo and cream rinse, just body wash. It may be there though. All of that said, I really found the place to be charming and the host to be pleasant and helpful."
