"On this trip, we stayed in the big king room, which was dynamite!!! Although we have in the past stayed in every other room, every room has been comfortable and great. They are all located right next to the pool and hot tub which we fully enjoyed. The staff is very friendly and made us feel as if we were at home.They’re consistent in making the grounds look immaculate and beautiful, especially at night when tiki torches are lit and there’s a fire pit to sit next to, with very chill music in the background. Just very romantic and relaxing. Restaurants and Shopping are all very close and walkable and safe no matter what time of day, just a wonderful getaway. although we only stayed for two nights due to some business on Long Island, we are returning again to this hotel for another few days, we cannot wait. Highly recommend. It has become a staple of our life when we are looking for a getaway."

"This property is absolutely adorable! Blue and White sitting RIGHT ON THE OCEAN! We had our own little deck and then there is a long full deck for everyone to lie out in the sun. Beach is pristine and gorgeous! You can fall asleep listening to the waves. Walkable to downtown Montauk, little shops and restaurants. Only downside was the air conditiioning unit was really really loud. When it 'clicked on', it make so much noise. Need to replace and put in wall units that are super quiet. But, my Mom and I stayed her and loved it. Absolutely adorable! And, the location can NOT be beat! You will love it!"

"Manager was awful. Her name was Janice nessel . We had no water for showers and we were told by her that once one person takes a shower it takes 20 minutes for the tank to get warm. She said we don’t tell our guests that. That is disgraceful. She was rude also and offered no compensation. Ironic thing was the showers were great once we knew we had to wait in between. Property was amazing except for her. She should not be allowed to deal with people. So rude. . I should have read reviews before I went as there was so many complaints against her it was unbelievable. Property was great. "

"Amazing location. Everything is new and fresh. Lovely small, well-heated pool. Room is minimalist chic. No TV set. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant was not open as it was a Monday to Tuesday stay. 8AM yoga class was great. Complimentary continental breakfast was also nice. All of the public spaces are chic and comfortable."
