"Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning "

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"This semi-disaster of a "newly refurbished house" is the fault of VRBO...for two reasons. First, the property is still in the midst of being refurbished with a list of deficiencies that are too many to mention. Secondly, VRBO forced us to make a snap decision on this property because the host of our previously-booked location cancelled on us just 48 hours before we were arriving in England. Great hotel in an excellent location

"Great hotel with modern and spacious room. Comfortable and clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in an excellent location. Only minor problem was breakfast as there is only a very basic choice. What there is was fine but would be good if there were more items to choose from."
