"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed here from September 16–21 for Louder Than Life and had a great experience! Everyone was super helpful, and we honestly had no problems whatsoever during our stay. They were also great about extending checkout when needed, as long as we asked ahead of time. Emily was absolutely amazing! She was fast, efficient, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. She definitely made our experience even better. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool this trip, but we definitely plan to next time! We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This is our second year staying here for 3 consecutive nights. We enjoy the location & we enjoyed the service, last year. This year, we were disappointed when we had booked months ago, checking ‘pay at property’, and that our card was tried, twice at 4am. I called the hotel immediately & asked why they were trying to charge our card, we were to pay when we got there. We weren’t impressed with the customer service, when we got to our room, it smelt musty, the shower was incredibly dirty, and there were cob webs. The positive is that there is complimentary breakfast every morning & parking on site."
