"We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. All fixtures and fittings in the room were top quality and imacculately installed. Excellent breakfast. To nit- pic, the toilet was set too high off the floor. One less robust pillow would have been nice. There seemed to be no lighting to the front of the building, maklng it difficult to locate in the dark. I would definitely stay again."

"Really quaint old inn with lots of exposed stone walls & beams. Staff were super friendly & helpful - really warm welcome & nothing was too much trouble. "Hotel was really nice and clean the staff was amazing friendly and professional. The rooms was clean but the only criticism was the room I had booked was classified as a cosy double room but it wasn’t. it was a single room and not big enough for 2 people. Only because a double bed was in the room doesn’t mean it can be classed as a double room. So if you was a single traveller it would be perfect. The food was nice but a little expensive and it didn’t serve pub grub it seems more gastro food....
