"I was disappointed. Compared to other stays, the staff was not very welcoming. The keys to one room did not work and no apology was given for having to have them rekeyed. There was no slip mat in one room and the tub was very slick. I slipped, fell backwards out of the tub hitting my head. They didn't offer much in the way of surprise, sympathy or apology. No snacks except for ancient vending machines. I was just not impressed."

"Safe, convenient location. They are clearly in the middle of a remodel. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Front desk staff was nice enough. Pool was out of order the first night we were there though. Only one small trash can in the bathroom…nothing else provided in the room for trash. And the hot water weirdly only worked early in the morning and late at night but not during the day…maybe due to the remodeling? Overall, Id stay again, its fine for the price and once the remodel is done, I think it will be a great affordable stay. "

"Lots of nice restaurants nearby; staff was very friendly and helpful; they are going through some renovations and when it’s done I think it will be really nice (it’s a little dated currently). Good place if you have pets tho!"

"Kate was a very fast responder to my questions. Her home is very clean and has adequate kitchen amenities. The sauna was an AMAZING extra; we enjoyed it immensely. We frequent the Sheridan area and will be staying again."

"Good host - home was as advertised. Had to contact the host as there were no instructions on how to use the sauna. The house was well appointed- the only drawback was it wasn’t ready on time at check-in- had to check-in an hour late. I’d definitely recommend this property "
