"This hotel is in a very convenient location, right in the heart of Mong Kok. It’s right above the MOKO Mall and downstairs is the East Mong Kok MTR (light blue line). You can take train on this line to go to Shenzhen, China. Or you can walk about 10 minutes to Mong Kok MTR and go down to Tsim Sha Tsui. We caught the A21 bus outside the airport and got off at Nathan Rd. It was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. We could’ve caught the AirPort Express and MTR but that would’ve meant 2-3 interchanges which would’ve been too hard with young children. The bus ride was about 50 minutes. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. My son was not well and the staff ensured our bed linen was changed every day. Lots of shopping and food options close by. The pool was quite long too so my son was able to swim proper laps. One small criticism was the shower which everyone needed to go through before taking a dip in the pool. This makes sense for people swimming but not for spectators like me just there to watch the kids. It meant that I got wet every time I took my kids to the pool. "

"A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted and want my to be taken care of, I'm going to want results. Thank you Edmund!
