"Great location. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Onsen is excellent. Lots of good restaurants close by. Very nice decoration of the hotel and fun programmes (shows and kids activities etc). My only complain was the parking, 1000yen per night was a little expensive."

"Room is clean. Breakfast is good. Location is very convenient with a big department store and a long shopping arcade just opposite of the road, and with tram lines stops a few steps away. Buses also a short walk."
