"The location was perfect for our weekend trip to Cincinnati and Columbus. We enjoyed shopping and then stayed here for the night and played card games. The property is well maintained and easy to access. You can definitely tell it is an old house but it has charm. "

"TERRIBLE!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. 1. It smells musty 2. No central air, air conditioner in windows 3. No tv in bedroom 4. Filthy boarders throughout 5. Stove and sink were nasty 6. TV in living room did not have info in manual for Nexflix 7. Host was Not any help 8. The walls are Soooo thin, you can hear the people over you all night 9. Cats all over the outside of the property 10. Shower curtain was filthy 11. Can’t get in from the parking lot have to walk around front...

"While moving my daughter out of Dayton after her UD graduation we needed a small place to stay. This cozy home was perfect for us. Clean, had all the things we needed and was centrally located. "
