Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time."

"I understand that Shimla is a hill station with uneven terrain and narrow roads. Even with this limitation, this hotel has an excellent land area and profile. The hotel must have enjoyed excellent glory in the past. However, this hotel is now unacceptably old and most of the features are worn out. This hotel needs a complete make over before being presented for international standard accommodation. However, we truly appreciate the help, care and concern of the staff and availability of quality...

"Signed up with Expedia went to property they said no reservation. Spend evening trying to work out with Expedia. Yep said after 30 min we have resolved with property. Assured. Dropped off at check in time. Expedia could not resolve. Said there system not working with Expedia left to figure out . "

"We had to change our room multiple times over a 2 night stay. The bedding had stains & the rooms were not clean. Marks on the walls to unwashed floors. We asked to get a refund, so we could leave the hotel & got promised the Presidential Suit, although it was bigger, all the same issues persisted. The WiFi was intermittent & slow. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"My first time in Shimla, which turns out to be a party town. Epic views, but noisy accommodation as there are several bars in this place. It is on Mall Road which for first time travellers here is a tourist hotspot for national and international travellers. Depends on you, if you like to be in the heart of town then go if not choose somewhere else. "

"The resort is located on the hill and has a great view of adjascent hills and valleys.The resort Design is unique and is filled with trees and flowers.The rooms have excellent views of the valley and is quite relaxing. The only drawback of this resort is the prices of food which is prohibitively high and may be big negative for people visiting this place for long holidays.My sinscere advice to the hotel management would be to rethink the food pricing at the resort to make the stays truly...
