"The property which was shown in app doesn't tally with the property on site. The actual property was 1 hour 30 minutes away from the hotel which was shown in the map. Such a waste and shame on you Expedia. You are not even providing support and also you are not refunding the amount. I never recommend or book any hotels in Expedia. This website is not at all useful for customers. I strongly recommend all to not book any property with this website. Useless crap."

"The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time."

La posizione è buona ma un po' isolata rispetto ad altri servizi (ristoranti, locali, attrazioni, ecc) che devono essere tutti raggiunti in macchina, traffico permettendo, perché nelle "ore di punta" è abbastanza difficoltoso muoversi sulle strade montane. "The resort is located on the hill and has a great view of adjascent hills and valleys.The resort Design is unique and is filled with trees and flowers.The rooms have excellent views of the valley and is quite relaxing. "This hotel is set up high near what is called The Mall which is a long retail street. You are not allowed to drive to the hotel as vehicle access is not allowed to the area so your bags have to be carried by porter. The hotel has spectacular views, the staff are friendly and helpfull. There is a good restaurant and importantly the location is great to walk to points of interest."
