"This is a really exceptional hotel. Convenient location a short walk from the train station and many tourist sites. The hotel felt brand new and was spotless. Two things really make this hotel stand out. First, the rooftop onsen with views of Mt Hakodate was just fantastic. Second, the breakfast buffet is out of this world - on par with something you’d get in Las Vegas. You probably shouldn’t call it a breakfast buffet as there were so many high quality food options with the fresh seafood being the star attraction. It’s worth stopping in Hakodate just to have this hotel experience!"

"Close to JR Aomori Station, Furukawa and Auga Markets. Typical Toyoko Inn hotel, small rooms but clean. Free breakfast was great! Could hear guests in other rooms talking very loud. "
