"Check in was horrendous, the machine they use is not set up properly - Your family name is NOT your first name. If they are going to use a machine, they need to make sure that the English is accurate, as there were many English speaking tourists there! There are NOT many seats in the lobby for such a large Hotel. So standing around waiting is NOT good when you have a bad knee! You have to wait ages for a Lift. The Lifts are very badly organised. We had to go out and buy an adapter so that we could use our laptop in our room. They only clean the rooms on certain days - too bad if that's the day you need to rest. One positive the staff in the Buffet restaurant were very nice and the food was good. Our room was okay, but very hard to get up into the bathroom when you are short!. Also couldn't use the shower as the bathtub was too high for my leg. Not a very good location for finding somewhere to eat. Would never stay here again!"
