"Our stay at the resort and casino was overall a very enjoyable experience. There were many unique features that made our visit memorable, and we would definitely consider returning.
One of the highlights was the excellent security. We appreciated that access to the guest room elevators required a room key each time, which made us feel safe. The security staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The bell staff took care of all our luggage from arrival to departure, which was a great convenience. Our bellman was especially helpful in explaining the resort, sharing useful tips, and answering our questions. Since this was the first casino my wife and I had ever visited, the casino host also took the time to make us feel welcome and explain how everything worked.
The casino itself was a lot of fun. I was lucky enough to win some money on the first night, although I gave it back the second night. That's part of the experience, and I still had a great time.
Our family also enjoyed the restaurants, and the food was very good. One suggestion would be to provide a microwave somewhere for guests to reheat leftovers from the restaurants.
My son thought the resort was very classy and well maintained. His only suggestion was to expand the fitness center by adding a stationary bike, more free weights, and cold drinking water instead of only warm bottled water.
My wife especially loved the beautiful location, the scenery, and the convenience of the valet service."
